I use AI the way I use a camera, a stylist, or a retoucher: in service of the image. At Onia I’ve built it into our production workflow to fill what a shoot can’t always cover, from missing samples to full ecomm and campaign imagery, held to the same standards for casting, fit, fabric, and light.
Art direction first.
AI is one of my tools.
01 · Ecomm imagery, from the flat
Men’s Fall Essentials ’26 · product flats shot in studio, put on a house model I built in AI. Same template across 60 looks. Prompts redacted.

Use the portrait and body sheet as the model reference.
RedactedFlat onto the house model. Studio and light set once, held every look.

02 · On-model imagery, from the CAD
Designer CADs in, on-model images out: a way to see a piece on a body before it’s produced, and to keep buyers moving when samples are delayed. Same workflow for men’s. Prompts redacted.

Read the flat: fabric, print scale, trims, construction.
RedactedSame cast, studio, and light as ecomm. Fit true to the CAD.

03 · Campaign imagery, created with AI
Onia Fall ’26 and October “Wear Now” · men’s and women’s
The Fall ’26 board, start to finish: product flats in, a cast built once and held, editorial rounds on one set, then detail and still life, all graded to the same light. Those frames are the campaign, resized for site, email, and social. Prompts redacted.
Drag to move across the boardStudio flats of the line, the only real input.

House models, built once and held across every look.

One set, both house models, seated and standing.

Close-ups and still lifes, built without a set.

Wear Now, October 2026
50 looks, men’s and women’s · same cast carried from ecomm into editorial

04 · Filling the gaps a shoot leaves
Missing samples, wrong samples, detail fixes, still life
A shoot never covers everything. The rest gets made after.
No reshoot. Gaps are filled in post, matched to the same model, light, and grade.
- 01Missing samples
Added after, on the same model.
- 02Wrong samples
An outdated print, corrected to what sold.
- 03Detail fixes
Shirring restored on a ghost image.
- 04Still life and detail
Built without a set.
