The problem
BeforeOnia wanted local creators gifted fast for its new West Palm Beach store. Gifting ran on DMs, emails and hand-typed sheets.
- No one place showed who got what, or who posted.
- Sizes and addresses went back and forth by DM.
- Codes were made by hand, one at a time, with no end date.
12to2
Steps per creator. Now: build the list, pack the box.

My role
Design and directionI designed the system and set every rule. Claude Code built it, with my yes at each step.
What I did
- Mapped the old process and where it broke
- Set the rules: codes, what can be picked, who sees what
- Chose every design, at desktop and phone size
- Approved each email before it went automatic
What Claude Code did
- Built the page, the sheet, the emails and the robots
- Tested every change on desktop and phone
- Runs the robots and reports back
